Ogunquit Sunrise Summer Share House is gay owned and operated. Enjoy a first-class vacation in this beautifully decorated colonial, just at the edge of the center of town and including a secluded backyard garden patio. This property is a short walk to all village attractions, shops, beaches, and restaurants.
Downstairs, includes a fully-applianced shared-kitchen, shared-formal dining room with plantation shutters and slider to shared-bricked patio, and shared-living room with large color TV.
Grand, central staircase leads to upstairs where there are 2 queen size bedrooms with a shared bath.
Linens are provided, each room has color plasma television and refrigerators. This property is equiped with wireless internet service. The upstairs bathroom has a shared washer and dryer for the guest to use. This is a no-smoking and no pets property although the owner does have a cat (these policies include the Garden Patio).
This property is perfect for singles or couples. We aplogize that we don't have summer outdoor photos of the patio, but this is a newly-added property. This house is a real gem! Monthly, Weekend and Weekday Rates Apply.

2nd floor Bedroom (#2) with Queen Bed and shared Bath $1500.00/ Single Occupancy Monthly Rate, $2000.00/ Double Occupancy Monthly Rate. Arrival 1st of the month and departing the first day of the following month.
2nd floor Bedroom (#3) with Queen Bed and shared Bath $1500.00/ Single Occupancy Monthly Rate, $2000.00/ Double Occupancy Monthly Rate. Arrival 1st of the month and departing the first day of the following month.

Deposits: Your deposit of 1/2 total rent plus $200 security deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. This deposit can be made with a personal check, bank check, or money order (US Funds Only). The deposit must be received within 7 days of making the reservation.

Deposit, less a $75 cancellation fee, is refundable if notice is given 30 days prior to arrival date. If less that 30 days' notice, your entire deposit will not be refunded unless the property is re-rented for entire period. If the property is re-rented, you will receive your deposit less the $75 cancellation fee.
